Feature request for mkt cap limit function (min and max) and weight on sim's

Hi,

I would like a Mkt Cap limit function (like Sec Weight and Ind Weight) for sim's and port's.

Mkt Cap's

Under 50 Million
50 MM to 500MM
501MM to 2B
2B to %B
Over 5 B.

This way I can run a sim with broad mkt coverage with limits of 20% to each mkt. cap.
I would actually like a min and max function for these mkt cap weights.
