Using "Sector" in Eval commands for ranking factors Reply to this Post
Reply with Quote

Every time I try to use the Sector variable as part of an Eval statement in a ranking factor I get an error. E.g., eval( sector = Financ , .... , .....).

Trying to use slightly different calculations for finance sector vs industrials because of the accounting variations.

I was able to reproduce it, I get:

ERROR: In 'root'-> In 'eval'-> Error near 'sector': invalid command

I'll take a look, thanks.
