Irritating pop up box

Dear Marco,

I addressed this irritating factor once before but am asking once again that you consider getting rid of the really irritating pop up box that comes up after entry of log in details.

It serves no useful function as there must already be a check in the box below the login details confirming that your disclaimer has been read.

It's gone. I thought it required some work to remove because we wanted to pop it up at least once. Then I noticed that it pops up at the initial signup, so I just removed from from the login page. Thanks for the reminder.
