I am getting an error in running ranking performance. |

Just a note that there are a still a lot of errors occuring in the Ranking Performance sims... been getting 'No response from the rank server' as well as 'Error generating graph: Field 'Pct Arr' not found'. I have encountered a few of these most days for the past few months... looks like the new sim servers may not have fixed it. |

All, Please provide any additional info: - Are any errors always happening or does the request sometime finish? Particularly with the field 'pct arr' not found - Do the errors happen for complex systems, like large ranking systems or sims with many rules? If so please provide the name or id. - Is there anything that fails consistently? - Are the problems with the Excel AddIn? Seems like there are a few things going on so any more details will help. In the case of the 'Pct Array' error, this is definitely related to complicated ranking systems, and generally fails on 200 bucket sims (occasionally, though less frequently with lower bucket counts) For example - http://www.portfolio123.com/rank_details2.jsp?rankid=61449 Has been throwing this error tonight. The failures are not consistent, and are from running the sim from the website. I think it might happen with the excel addon too, but since this retries automatically, it is less noticable. |

As a brief followup, I have been getting the error 'Accept timed out' with the same ranking systems as the "Field 'Pct Arr' not found" error. There does not seem to be a pattern with regards to which error is generated. |
