As a p123 user for a while, I think p123 is really a good tool to help me pick the stocks in my portfolio. I do really think that with a portfolio of 50 stocks and annual return of 30% is satisfied. I am also reading some books on derivatives. I just wondering what is the average industry return for those trading category?
I do know that SP500 is about 10-12% year, but how about the return of market makers and arbitragers? If the risk for them is less than trading stock (what I thought), then the average return should be less than 10-12%? I do want to know if I should go ahead to do some research on market maker method or arbitrager method. thanks.
