Analyst revisions - are they updated daily or weekly? Reply to this Post

Does anyone know if Reuters (and thus P123) updates changes in analysts recommendations daily or weekly? Or if this is an update that theoretically could be reported any day but in practice most get updated on the weekend?

Thanks in advance.

Estimates and all other factors are updated every day around 2AM except Sunday morning. The current data has the values updated from the previous day. You can simply run a screen every day to see the differences. Please note that historical values are only available with a weekly frequency. Only the most current data has the previous day's values.

Marco:
Thank you for clarifying the difference between current daily data and historical data with weekly numbers.
