Portfolio/Transactions/Realized Issue Reply to this Post
Reply with Quote

Hi,

While inspecting the Transactions/Realized data in one of my portfolio's I ran across an occasional duplicate line of data that was not in the Transactions/All section. I varified that this anomoly existed with a second portfolio as well. Here's an example that I copied:

156 ORH 01/08/07 01/22/07 14 $6,933.96 $7,154.62 $220.66 3.2% 98.6 Rank
155 ORH 01/08/07 01/22/07 14 $6,933.96 $7,154.62 $220.66 3.2% 99.0 Rank

It's interesting that the selling rank was different between the two. As I stated above, I didn't see these in the Transactions/All data, but it makes me wonder if this is just a "display" issue, or whether the statistics are using the bogus information, too.

One of the easiest ways I found to find the data-pairs was to sort on the percent column and then visually scan for a common value on two adjacent line; then check to see if the two are identical.
