Frank versus using the Rankings Reply to this Post

I am getting wildly disparate results from using Frank versus using the Rankings:

FRank("Pr52W%Chg",0,1)>90


I used the above as a way to get a ranking of those stocks in the top 90-percentile. But I get vastly different results when I run a simulation.

Is there something I'm unaware of?

I have found this same problem in the past.
Ideas ?
