Data problems this weekend Reply to this Post

It seems that the weekend update did not go as planned and there are many missing fields. We're going to re-run the process and should take aprox 2 hours.

Unfortunately this might have affected the automatic rebalances of the portfolios. We can just delete all transactions for the portfolios that rebalance automatically and re-run the rebalances. We'll post an announcements once we get the data right. Very sorry about this one.

We fixed the data and undid all transactions for the portfolios that rebalanced automatically this weekend. We're re-running the rebalancing and a new email will be sent.

If you manually rebalanced portfolios we suggest you delete the transactions and redo the rebalance.

Thank you for reporting this problem and we apologize for the inconvenience.

I got the new (2nd) rebalance email late Sunday night and one of my ports went from 5 buys and sells to none. When I check the rebalance on the website for this port it says that it was rebalanced 1/22 but it was not done by me.
The other port went from 6 buys/sells to one on the email but is not noted as due for rebalance on the website as it also states it was rebalanced on 1/22 (again not by me). Actually now I can't access it at all due to site maintence.
I don't feel I can trust this data today.

Hi, Kit,

I believe we've got new data, and the data is GOOD. If not through auto rebalancing, then through manual rebalancing, but you CAN rebalance, and rebalance SUCCESSFULLY.

Hi, Marco,

If I may speak for the P123 community, I believe you've done something good tonight, and I want to say thank you to you!

Robert
