Data sources / Backtesting tools with NO survivorship bias

As you know, the data sources of many backtesting tools on the market have survivorship bias, including Portfolio123 to my understanding. Has anyone used or recommend data sources / backtesting tools with NO survivorship bias?

most portfolio123 universes have no survivorship bias.
