Simulation found rank where none is defined Reply to this Post

Do simulations use a default rank factor if the specified rank system has all factors set to zero? In a recent simulation with this condition I noted that the transactions table listed a rank value. Does anyone know how that rank may have been established?

There is a note at the bottom of the page where weights are assigned that reads as follows:
"NOTE: If all the inputs to a composite node have 0 weight, then all inputs are assigned equal weight."

So the net effect of assigning 0 values to all factors is assigning equal weight to them.
