Payment And Refund Policy

By subscribing to any of Portfolio123.com paid membership levels, the User agrees to the following terms:

Each user receives one 30 day trial membership. Users will not be billed for the first 30 days from the time of their membership signup. After this period, the user's credit card will be billed automatically according to the subscription renewal frequency (typically monthly). Portfolio123 reserves the right to validate the credit card during the trial period. The user may cancel their membership at any time during their trial membership, and his/her credit card will not be billed.

CANCELLATIONS

There are no refunds on unused portions of a Monthly subscription. The membership is cancelled at the next scheduled monthly billing date.

Discounted yearly subscriptions will be refunded on a pro-rated basis using the regular non-discounted monthly amount for the used portion. For example if the discounted monthly amount is $100 for a total of $1,200/year, and the regular month-to-month price is $150, and you cancel after 6 months, the refund will be: $1,200 - 6 X $150 = $300.

UPGRADES/DOWNGRADES
Memberships can be upgraded and the unused portion will be credited towards the upgrade. Memberships can also be downgraded, however there's no credit for the unused portion of the higher level membership.
