During the fiscal year ended February 26, 2011 (fiscal 2011), its Architectural Products and Services segment accounted for approximately 87% of its net revenue. During fiscal 2011, its Large-Scale Optical Technologies segment accounted for approximately 13% of its net revenue. On November 19, 2010, it acquired 100% of the stock of Glassec Vidros de Seguranca Ltda. (Glassec).
